However, if you want to keep the garbage piles all across the commonwealth and keep using Scrap Everything, I'd say just hand scrap everything and be careful I suppose. Neither of these will break precombined so no game performance loss like you'll get with Scrap Everything and no accidental scrapping of something that could cause issues so you can use the scrapall command all you want. No More Ugly Things will get rid of some misc bushes so I use them together.
